Hearth House’s vibe is inspired by minimalistic yet intentionally rich characteristics of a simpler time and enhanced by modern amenities and features. The space is uniquely stunning through simple elegant details and minimal decor, allowing you to customize the space for your special event, or enjoy it just as it is.
A Complete Makeover.
Several years of research, planning and preparation went into the makeover of the old, brick building at 192 Front St. in Historic Downtown Monument. The new look called for white washing the brick, exposing beams and trusses, raising the roof, and adding a 2nd story cupola.
The construction of the 25ft tall, 2-way fireplace adds a warm, family feel to the space and the installation of barn doors and Edison bulb industrial lighting elevates the character and charm of the space. The addition of a 1400sqft patio extends the function space outdoors where views of the mountains and park further enhance the setting. It’s pretty cool!
Hearth House Cottage
Hearth House Cottage blends past and present and offers a clean, fresh farmhouse feel with modern twists. The Cottage is designed, first and foremost, as a bridal suite thoughtfully appointed for a bride and her girls to get ready on the big day. On occasion and when available, the cottage is booked by the bride and groom as a honeymoon suite.
Consultations with photographers and makeup artists on lighting and color pallet have resulted amazing photos of the bride and her girls getting ready for her big day.
